Masterclass:The Art of Sugar FLowers
Time: Day 1 – 10:30am-5pm, Day 2: 10:30am-2:30pm
In this sugar blossom class, you will learn to make life-sized Roses and Anemones.
We will teach you the skills and techniques for making these flowers, how to work with gumpaste and how to use sugar flower tools. We will cover all the flower making essentials during the class; how to build and construct them, colour your sugarpaste and use petal dusts to achieve a realistic finish.
You will come away from the class with a variation of stunning sugar flowers ready to apply to any of your own creations.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
How to make and work with gumpaste using flower making tools (veiners and cutters)
How to construct life-size flowers
How to colour and assemble flowers
We will provide all the tools and ingredients for the class, as well as a box to carry your beautiful creations home in. Tea and coffee will also be available throughout the day.

Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund if you need to cancel your booking. We reserve the right to cancel the class if we do not have the minimum required number of students enrolled. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class of the same value. We will contact you as far in advance as possible should the need to cancel a class arise.

Take the Gardiner Expressway west to Spadina/Lakeshore Blvd and follow the signs for Lakeshore Blvd.
Take Lakeshore Blvd to Bathurst street and turn right. Turn left onto Bruyeres Mews and left again onto Iannuzzi Street. Make a right onto Fleet street. Our studio will be on your right hand side.
Take the Gardiner Expressway east to Jameson Avenue exit to Lakeshore Boulevard.
Stay on Lakeshore Boulevard until you reach Fort York Boulevard, make a left. Turn Right onto Grand Magazine Street and then left onto Fleet Street. Our studio will be on your left-hand side.
There is free parking for our students located directly behind our studio. The visitor lot may be accessed via 21 Grand Magazine St. Students will need to register their vehicle in the main lobby before proceeding to the class.
